Naomi Mori

Bids, Proposals & Winning Work

Naomi helps coaches navigate the more formal routes through which organisations commission coaching, from responding to an initial opportunity through to submitting a strong proposal or tender.

Her work is particularly relevant when winning business involves more than a conversation and a simple agreement. Organisations may ask for written proposals, formal responses, evidence of capability, defined outcomes, delivery plans or competitive tenders. Naomi helps coaches understand what buyers are actually asking for and put together responses that are clear, credible and persuasive.

“
“My aim is straightforward: to help coaches approach formal opportunities with greater confidence and turn their expertise into proposals that organisations can understand, evaluate and buy.”
